How do I 'rank up'? Why do people have different ranks on the forums?
Ranks have been set up to change depending on how many posts a user has. Current ranks go as follows:

How do I get a signature under my posts?
To do this go to the USER CONTROL PANEL and click on EDIT PROFILE. There you will find a box to type your signature; HTML, vBcode, smilies and the IMG tag are enabled to be used.
Please be aware that to be able to use the IMG tag your image must be hosted at a website, and this website has to allow hotlinking for the image to be able to be seen. You can NOT link from your computer drive. A signature should be like this:

(space at the end of the first IMG tag intended for the example)
NOT: [img]C:\My Documents\MySig.JPG[/img]

Ok this is going to take some time, here we go;
first be sure you have more than 10 posts. If you have
less than 10 you will be able to select an avatar from the uploaded list but won't be able to upload or link your own until you have 10 posts or more.
1.- Go to your USER CONTROL PANEL (Use CP), it's on thenavigation bar, on the upper left of any page on the forums...
2.- Once here, click on the EDIT AVATAR link...
3.- On the EDIT AVATAR page...
4.- Scroll all the way down, you'll find a CUSTOM AVATAR section that will allow you to either upload your custom avatar or link it from the web. After you do this click on SAVE CHANGES and should be all set
