I think that would cover it... also give that we are actually looking for staff, which we are not at the moment.

Having the top posters as mods really doesn't make sense because all the posts could be about stupid things (I'm not saying the top posters here do that), I just think that's not a good way to choose your mods.

Anyway, we'll let everyone know when we are looking for staff...

I'd do the cheat thing..only because I have to have codes before i play/buy/rent ANY game..that and if i don't find it here i relentlesly hunt it down like the girl you stood up for the prom hunted you down but in my case its a guy..he was a jerk so who cares

Do the mods rate certain threads and what is the standard? I was just wondering why some threads have ratings and others do not, it doesn't seem to have anything to do with the number of post so whats the deal?

Users can rate threads themselves. Just take a look at the option along the top of a thread and you'll see a rating section.
