Hi all! I have a new xbox 360 arcade, or core (I'm still not clear on the correct nomenclature). It's the white one with no hdd, no hdmi, and a white dvd tray bezel (not chrome). It has the new benq / lite-on (i think) dvd drive with the translucent epoxy on the dvd drive PCB. No notches in the drive tray, it is the shape of a smooth "U". Anyway, everything appears to be working except it will not load discs. I've watched it and when the tray closes, the laser turns on to read, but the motor never spins. It's as if there is no power to the motor at all (or to the chip that controls the motor). Is there a fuse somewhere that could be blown. A fuse diagram would be great! I know on the ps2 that a fuse causes this in the slim models. My xbox is unmodded, and was maufactured in Nov 2008. Does anybody have any suggestions? I don't have any other drives to swap parts (easter egg) Thanks!!

You will have to call Xbox support and send it in for repair.

Sorry, I forgot to mention I am an electronics technician. Cannot send to M$ because it's opened. I have to fix it. Does anybody have any schematics that show the fuse locations on the xbox360 motherboard?
