Your Last XBL Match

Well, talking with Rockk we came up with a pretty cool idea. In this thread you post what happened in the last Xbox Live game session you played in.

My last game was in ESPN NFL 2K5. I was playing with Rockk, he was the Cowboys, and I was the Bucs. He was dominating me the first 3 quarters of the game, pulling ahead 31-14. Being the uber man that I am in 2K5 *wink wink*, I started to play awesome. Throwing touchdown passes left and right to Michael Clayton, I burnt his secondary and made them wish they were never in the NFL in the first place. The score was 31-28, and I made a great throw to Michael Clayton, and trying to be smart, I ran out of bounds (on accident) to stop the clock. I couldn't convert and had to settle for a field goal. We went to overtime after a couple of his failed hail mary passes went incomplete. I won the toss, elected to receive, and got a touchdown pass the third play of the drive.

Although, I gotta give him credit, he starts playing bad in the 4th quarter, he did it last game too, and he was killing me for the first 3 quarters. It was a good game. If he didn't stay true to form start playing bad in the 4th, I wouldn't be posting this thread because I would have lost.

Final Score : 37-31

Last game, which I'm sure you've heard about, I got owned as well. The score was something like 41-20 something. The numbers are pasted everywhere so I'm sure you'll find it.

He was the Patriots and I was the Colts in that game.

I'm gonna sticky this too because it's a good thread!

Yeah, but last game I could actually run! And it is a good thread, it shows my dominating skill in 2K5. j/k

And you didn't get owned this time, it was a really really good game! Although last time you did.

Just in the 4th quarter.

Actually, in the Colts/Pats game, you pretty much ran over me the whole game. The sad part is I knew what you were gonna do every play too.

Also, both games were ranked so that sucks too.

Well lets see my last xbox live match was a game of Madden 2005 against may I say a very good player (although he was very rude for his age). Anyway I was the Steelers and he was the Falcons, and he was killing me the whole game until late in the third, the score was 24-7. I ended up getting a touchdown late in the third to make the score 24-14. In the fourth he blew the game by passing the ball way to much, all he had to do was run the ball, and waste some time off of the clock, but instead I ended up picking him off twice down the stretch once for a TD. The score was now 24-21. I had the ball and was now in control, I just ran the ball down his throat with Duce Staley, and ended up getting the game winning TD, and won the game 28-24. If it were not for his stupid mistakes I would not of won the game.

just finished a nfl 2k5 match a lil bit ago i lost at the end i missed a 54 yard field goal i had the distanced but i hooked it right just a bit good game i had though i was the eagles of course and they were the colts ( i lost my starting Wr to an injury which made it hard the last quarter) anyways it was fun i havn't played online in a long time but losing 27-24 isnt bad

hey rockk or hurricane we should play sometime or start league perhaps let me know if one of ya wants to play

Sure, add me, I changed my GT from Chrome Shock to Siphadiaz, so I'll be more than happy to play. Playing Rockk is just not challenging enough.

I'm only kidding about the Rockk part. He's a damn good player. He just has a little trouble in the 4th quarter.

The last game I played live was Rainbow Six Black Arrow. I killed some people, got killed, respawned, killed more people, got killed again, respawned, killed more people, got killed again, respawned........and so on.

The last match i played online was halo 2. me and a friend were on the same xbox playing team slayer on ivory tower. we had a pretty good match going until our 2 teammates just dropped out of the game for no reason. so me and my friend kept playing and put up a really good fight against the other team, mostly using creeping up strategies so we could at least attempt to pull off an upset. as the game was drawing to an end, we were getting slaughtered. as i was waiting to respawn, my friend was in a battle and as i telling him what we should try next, i noticed that he had his communicator on. so i went to turn it off without letting him know, and as i was reaching over to press the button, he started yelling and cussing. once he died, he started punching me and cursing at me in frustration. i thought he was abusing me for turning his mic off, but little did i know at the time, he was just yelling and cussing at our opponents for expressing poor (extremely bad) gamemanship and took his anger out on me. now we knew the reason why our teammates droppped. at least we had a good laugh afterwards....

moral of the story - keep your hands to yourself and don't continue playing jerks, cuz you'll just end up regreting it like i (we) did (or play on seperate xboxs miles away from each other, lol)

Viper and I were beta testing a new mini game on Halo2.
