I don't know what insite is but you have to have a credit/debit card for any part of live. If you don't have a credit/debit card as your mom/dad/brother/grandma/uncle/aunt/friend if you can use it and explain that it is soley for identification only and it will not be charged without consent first. In other words microsoft won't charge the card without first sending you a confirmation email.
