Exclamation Help!!! Ban my XBL account!!!

Okay, so heres the story, ive already lost 46 days of my xbox live subscription and it is continuing to tick away daily. They are shipping me a new empty box to send out my broken 360 since the first box never arrived, but they refuse to help me with my Xbox Live account, which continues to tick away every day and my subscription ends on Dec 27th.

They offered to give me a free month, but i have already lost more than that due to the fact i never recieved the first box, and when i found out i had to go to Purolator to pick it up, they had already shipped it back out.

They offered to 'cancel my auto-renewal' for my account, but concidering im going to get my xbox back probably a week before my live is renewed, basically they are saying ill get my xbox back but the service i lost from Sept 22 until now will be gone, and they want to cut off my service a week after i get it back.

They also told me I could recover my account from another Xbox, but refused to send me one to use until mine is repaired, so thats of no use either. I could go and rent one temporarily, but that would cost me money that I dont have to be spending for renting a 360. So im stuck for now...

I probably wont get my new working 360 now until mid-december because i know this will take some time to play this back and forth stupid shipping game they are playing, and I would like to try to preserve more of my Xbox live time by suspending my account.

They cannot suspend your account by request at the support center (i asked), so, i resort to another way of getting your account temporarily paused...

So, HERE IS HOW YOU CAN HELP!!!

Please COMPLAIN and BAN (using xbox live + ingame options) my account CONSTANTLY! (RITH KAIN). If enough people do, maybe it will be banned and then temporarily suspended so at least my time is no longer ticking away. This is the only way they have setup that an account can be set to 'inactive' because they cannot do it themselves from support by user request, the only thing they can do is cancel my account or make it a silver account, but then i lose ALL OF MY REMAINING TIME and cant get any back.

So please help suspend my account by complaining!!!! If you do, please post here so once i get my system back i can call M$ and tell them to reactivate my temporarily banned account...


If this doesn't work, I don't know if i will renew my subscription in the new year as I am very *$&@ing pissed at M$ now. Ive had my $170 Legendary edition sitting on my shelf for over a month collecting dust and I have had to resort to Ultimate MK3 on SNES for far too long now...

Please help! Ban my account!!!

Well getting banned isn't as easy as that Rith, it would take a lot more complaints then XBS has as active members, then they would launch an investigation and pretty much see if what we are saying about you is true, which it isn't and they would see that. You just need to complain further up the ladder like Col Blair said..ask for a tier 2 tech and just say look...I have been through a lot of crap because of this shipping mix up and I just wasted 2 months of PAID xbox live because of it......so then ask if they would at least meet you half way and give you a 3 or 6 month card for your trouble....at the least they should do that.

I understand why you thought of this and they should make up the time. I am not sure why it took so long for you to get the shipping box though but may be a screw up. I would call back ask for a tier 2 tech and talk it over with them. Chances are at this time of year you will be told they will call you back with in 48 hours. I would ask again or talk with a supervisor at least and ask for a 2-3 month card or code.

This is the only thing I don't understand about Xbox live and their tech line. I know people who have recieved free games, controllers etc when they have had to send 5 units in for repair. I know others who have not been offered anything. They don't have a solid policy on issues like this and it all depends on who you get on the line.

Having your account suspended and then turned back on is not as easy as you would think. So I would suggest trying this other option.
Let us know what they say. if they aleady offered you a 1 month card then they can do it if they want to.
