Living in Singapore with a NTSC-J Xbox. Desperately looking forward to play XBox Live games (MechAssault, CS, etc..)

Here's what I know so far.

XBox Live is launched in US, and some parts of asia. (Japan and Korea)

Qn: Are all XBox Units the same ? I.e. as long as its ntsc-j (japan/korea).

Qn: Can Xbox Live users in japan/korea/australia/US play with each other ?

Qn: Can I just ship a damn japan/korea xbox live kit to singapore and activate it in Singapore on my Xbox ?

Final Qn: Where can i get these kits online !

i think i actually know the answers to some of these!

1. yes all xboxs are the same (i think, i'm not too sure)

2.yes, if you have xbox live you can play against anyone else with xbox llive

3.no, you'd need high speed internet first, and there's some other technical stuff involved
