Cod4 Xbox Live Help

I was just wondering if anybody knows whats up with the xbox live "Find a match" option in COD4. Everytime i select that, then usually select team deathmatch, i'm ALWAYS put into an empty server, haha, it never fails!..after 15minutes of waiting, someone might come in..then leave .. Very frustrating !! if anybody knows how to set a filter or something let me know!! plz!

Oh, and what is the new Americas Army like? (maybe i'll just throw COD4 in the garbage hahaha

It's not just you, it's happening to me too. All night last night I would get dumped out of the room when Col Blair started the game, sitting by myself. But if I launched the game all of us would make it in. I'll dig for an answer.

Hmm, Seems only the Search & Destroy game type will let me actually join a room or in-game match with players in it! so, not quite a solution, hopefully a patch will be issued soon.

I'm not sure it works, have not tried it yet, but the second post in the thread states the message for the day in game states the server was fixed yesterday.

what are your NATs? i haven't had a problem with CoD4 online, unless im trying to connect to another strict NAT, they wont connect, so whoever can join will, the rest get unable to connect to host, rarely the whole party wont join...

I had trouble last night, I kept joining empty servers, and final trance that post is a few months old buddy.

NAT setting will help if set to open but like Rough said this has been an issue for a long time. Even posted on the official site at infinity ward. They where to release a patch to fix this but then all the problems came with xbox live and I never heard more about it. COD 4 is a great game and when you can get on and play hassle free. I know a ton of gamers that have problems trying to find games and they have there settings right. I really thought the update or fix would have been release by now though?

yea the update-i heard about it but what did it do? it didnt seem to fix anything, i can play cage match and merc death match... ey col blair, send me a msg on xbox live, my list is full, ill add you and we can play sometime...
