Bungie is just gonna cheese up halo even more. light gun, probly will be in the game, it'll be really cheap, like the energy sword, the helicoptor, most likely to show up in the game, Bungie just wants to widen whats in the game, rather than improving on what they've already got, the ATV will be in the game and will be called the mongoose, if anybody watched the special disk in the halo 2 special ed. I think that halo 3 will be just like halo 2 have a bad story and good multi player, but everybody if gonna find these stupid glithches where if u shoot a guy in his left toe its and automatic kill and u get bonus points, u think Bungie would do some testing to make sure these glitches weren't in there, but no they're to worried on getting the light gun put into gameplay, or some stupid bouncy grenades, i'm all for the multiple character rolls thought, i think that it will add a good aspect to the game, but then again, everybody will pick the hunter because he has more health. I'm just saying, that halo 1 is and forever will be the best game in the series, and they can't top it they only want to upgrade on the game, but dont want to make it simpler and less complex. Halo 3 will make extreme amounts of money and will be loaded with downlaodable content that will cost a small fortune, but it still will have bad story and cheep multiplayer.

As for his remarks about Bungies "testing", once they reach a staff of a few million people with nothing better to do but play that game and eventually stumble onto something wrong with it, I'm sure they'll be able to work out the bugs much more efficiently. Over all I really wish that this guy knew what he was talking about.

PS. i think this is really cool looking

I am going to take this all as a grain of salt as everyone else should. It's just food for thought more than anything. I mean if they implement these things, good, if they don't, I wont cry. Tomorrow will come. lol.
That light gun.. idea sounded complicated to me. The massive level destruction sounded really cool, but I am not going to overly analyze what it means..thats how games get hyped up to much.
Anyways moving on, I hope Halo3 is a great game for Xbox360, personally I am looking forward to 'Gears of War'.

Take that concept further and think of it as a mouse. where you point the gun the the reticle(err cursor) moves. with the wireless features it could be pretty neat. ya'd have to make sure it wasnt to heavy and test it for marathon game use but it could be done. I also think that more complex games could be in store for the 360, the problem with the fighter jet sim is quck access to the mountain of funtions, you could have a seperate key pad or even think about "gun idea" only smaller say a finger pointer that you could point at a hud on your screen anyway just speculating. The console is starting to (and maybe with 360 does) out perform the current game pc. If enough developers take interest then it should continue to push the entertainment market to new heights.... because everyone knows software developers make a platform | |
