Im bored, my xbox games arent keeping me playing them anymore. I need myself a good RPG, so i went to the videostore and saw all these wierd new ones.
Whats a good one to get?

KORTOR 1&2.
FABLE
MORROWIND (how is GOTY, does it freeze?)
JADE EMPIRE
D&D heros.


basically, what are your favorite RPG's for this consol, and if you played any of those newer ones that kinda snuck through my radar...

Im weary of war games.
I've played morrowind, I own it, just not the GOTY.
I was wondering if the goty version freezes for no reason, like the elder scrolls 3 version (and its not the disks fault, or my xboxs' fault, I've ran several tests including running from my xbox, running diffrent copies, difrent xboxs.
The game has a issue were it just freezes for no apperant reason.
If GOTY dosnt freeze, I will buy it.

Gladius is really good, if you like the FF tactics style of gameplay. The box art is unfortunate, but the game content is highly original. Arx Fatalis is a Morrowind style game, that while lacking the size of Morrowind is far better scripted (as in, every scenario type thing, there are a large number of paths to succed,) and had the kickest assest Magic System I have ever seen in a video game (in order to cast spells you must trace runes of power in the air using the Dpad, you can queue up to 5 spells this way at a time).

My advice for the Morrowind GOTY is to track down the PC version, it looks prettier, runs smoother has an awesome community that use the bundled editor to make kickass mods, classes and add areas to the game, etc. Not to mention Bethesda actually care about the PC version and relese bug fixing patches. The Xbox is still stuck at initial release (for morrowind) and Bloodmoon release (for the GOTY edition).

I could (reluctantly) suggest Deus Ex: Invisible War but it isn't a true RPG and isn't a patch on the original (which was a superb fusion of RPG and FPS genres). Oh, and the load times are horrendous and the constrol system can be irritating!
