Final Fantasy XI (Online) requires a HD as well, thats why Sony released one. There's no reason that it couldn't come to PS2.

Not to be a downer, but that game is done. Toast. Kaput. They really blew it with cancelling it when they did. And if they did decide to release it again it won't have the same effect as it did the first time around. It will be a case of too little too late. | |

I wouldn't be surprised to see it as a X2 game. There was no point in releasing a mmorpg with a few months before the system it was on became obsolete.

Sorry to say but this title is going to the PS2. Microsoft missed out on a big opportunity to have a good MMORPG on their platform, but they are gonna wish they didn't mess it up when Sony gets their hands on it.

That seems pretty par for the course with M$ dropping potential hit games off their list *cough*Pyschonauts*cough*Tork*cough*Oddworld: Stranger*cough*BC*cough* some of which end up geting picked up by other developers/publishers and (thankfully) are able to see the light of day. Others aren't as fortunate. | |
