| Re: KotOR II is here! The only gripe I have so far is quite petty and trivial, downright superficial, but I hate the color scheme they chose this time for the menus. As you all know in KotOR it was a beautiful shade of blue. Now take all the menus from the first game and turn them aqua-marine. Yuck. But other than that it's pretty cool. You run a lot faster this time around so all that back tracking and exploration seems to go by a bit faster. EDIT: Oh yeah, and the ability to switch weapons on the fly is awesome and much appreciated since in the first one, once you acquired a lightsaber it basically made all other weapons obsolete and I hardly found myself every using anything else. And you can also bust down doors or containers. So you don't necessarily need to invest skills to lockpick, but it does help. And not all doors or containers can be busted so it is still essential to invest points in the lockpicking skill area. They face lifted the menus and the loading times seem a bit faster. Graphics are very similar to the first. Those are my initial impressions. Sorry, not much time to play since I have to be at work in an hour.
