Everyone is saying that the story and the main quest were the worst aspects of the game...

There's parts of the story that are somewhat well written, but overall it's cliche and seems like it was thrown together (especially considering the writer had 4 years). Also, I beat the game, without rushing through it, with only 7 hours of play time (once again, no game should be that short, especially not if they had 4 years).

Fable is a 5/10, worth a rent if you have 7 hours to waste

Good rpg, way too short, buggy, way too much stuff was removed, character "class" gets boring because it all ends up being the same, evil/good thing doesnt matter at all, you can finish the game at 100% (even if its impossible because of some quest they removed) in 7 hours without ever reading about or playing the game before.

I traded it for Star Ocean 3....

even if you do every side quests and do every single little thing in the agme it still takes about 8 hours. The game is too short.
