a lot of "RPG"s are like that, Fable fairly free roaming and thats an RPG but those games are more of what they call Action RPGs i think, once again i could be wrong....that happens a lot so feel free to correct me

Apart from 'pure' RPG's... You generally have two other type of RPG: Action RPG and Adventure RPG. It think that the 'free roaming' ones of which you speak fall into the 'Adventure RPG' category.

i think i was thinking of adventure instead of action...speaking of adventure RPGs, Zelda ocarina of time was by far one of the best ones to date

I still have a Zelda Game Boy Colour game, which I play from time to time. I can't remember which one it is though... It involves something called the Wind Fish, and eight instruments that will wake it up (or something like that!)...

i think i remember playing something like that, cant remember the name though, i still have the snes zelda that i dont really play anymore, its pretty damn tough

Wow! You still have a SNES... Keep it then! In 50m years, it'll be worth it's weight in gold (or something like that).

lol all of my friends want it but i wont give it to them even if i dont play it jsut cuz its classic....my original NES is gone forever though...

that had the original zelda which was harder than the SNES one

You should have an auction for your SNES... If all your friends want it, you could probably make a lotta money out of them (Hehehehe!!!

But I would keep it. I've never had one myself, but I used to play on my friend's one...

On my PC... The first console I ever owned was an N64 (although, my sister owns the PS One, which she got about a month before I got my N64. I used to play on that a lot... In, fact, the PS One is the reason why I got the N64, and why I'm into consoles now instead of PC - PC games are still good however...)
