NFS: Most Wanted NO CUSTOMIZING THE M3!?

Ok I've been waiting a long time, since the first underground, for them to put in a BMW, I didn't care what it was just put one in. So they did and they made it the hero car which means you don't get to have the car until the very end of the game. So I kept grudging on through the game just to get that car. Would you look at that, the only thing you can do to the car is visuals, and thats just in the career mode. Not to mention not being to customize it like every other car in quick race mode or whatever. I wasn't even that concerned about the fact that this series has about a quarter of the customization that the first one did, I just wanted to make my own custom M3. So if your looking forward to having that car and putting your own spin on it, stop playing right now. If any of you out there have completed the game 100% and that magically unlocks the M3 for customization please tell me because I will gladly finish the rest of the game for just that option.

Sorry to hear you where dissapointed The game was always meant to be a mix of the new underground games and the old need for speed games.
I think it was a perfect mix of the two. The hero's BMW it would make sense that you only get it back at the end though. As far as the upgrades I felt they where getting out of hand in the two underground games. You spend all that time to make a great car and for what? No cops and racing online in the last one for pinkslips was a joke no one would do it and if they did they had a modded Xbox with the cars backed up or there was even an action replay save flaoting around sort of ruined it.

I thought the latest Most Wanted game was one of the best games to come out in a long time good story at last the cops return and it was fun. Not perfect but it was a great game. Maybe the next one will have more upgrades and I hope a great online mode and let the gamer get behind the wheel of the cop car!

meh, the customization isn't all that important to me, I slap a body kit and some decals on the outside of each of my cars and change it up a little occaisonal for wanted level purproses. Sorry to hear that this was a major disappointment for you though.

Oh no I didn't want it to seem like I didn't enjoy the game, I loved the game, it's just that I was wanting at least the same amount of visual customization and I did like the dyno in the last one.

even though you cant customize the performance part of the m3 its still runs with the best of em. have to use the nitro alot but hey its all in the game
