PS3 Slim Confirmed

I know I am going to get a few negative posts but the paint job is ugly!
I saw a video of a site unboxing it and right away they sat it vertically WTF? I like the sensor touch buttons on the original PS3 but do you think the price will help them? Anything else you like or dislike about the system? I do like the fact it's less bulky but I still think Sony needs to worry more about decent games than systems if they are going to make an impact and go forward. The bigger HD is nice but in 2 minutes you canreplace the HD.
Should be interesting and with the games being pushed back to Jan-March both consoles may feel a pinch.

I really do think that the new lower price is going to finally start to move machines for Sony this Holiday season. With Blu ray players now dropping to $99 and blu ray discs as low as $14.99, getting a PS3 for a blu ray player is a thing of the past.
Ultimately it comes down to games, does the PS3 have a lot of games I can't play on the 360? no they do not. ( although I own the original 60 gig model with the emotion chip in it so my game library is the biggest there is, from PS1 games all the way to PS3 games. ) I really hope Sony revs it up game wise, we could use the competition.

Have you had a chance to try that Uncharted 2 Beta yet?

I can't wait for Uncharted 2 arriving tomorrow... It's like the only PS3 game I'm excited about.

Yeah that and MAG are the two I am excited about. Game crazy is taking Batman for trade for 35 so Im heading up there first thing tomorrow. any of you want to get online and play hit me up//roughneck1010

Uncharted 2 looks fantastic plays smooth but MAG if it's like the Beta I'll pass.
