I even spent hours playing Wii Sports, leaving a little frustrated after getting screwed in baseball, it was still rather enjoyable. I haven't really played Legend of Zelda yet. That is the type of game you want to be able to play. I got home at one, and didn't want to be up for the rest of the morning, so I popped it in, watched intro movie and stuff, then played Wii sports for a bit. More on Zelda later though. The controller is so good. A lot of times with stuff like this it'd be something you'd need to calibrate to your specifications. But as soon as I started the movement speed of the icon on screen just felt perfect. It's a small detail, but I love how long the sensor bar cable is.
So far, the only thing I don't like about the Wii is how the DVD slot doesn't glow blue all the time :[. I only see it glow blue when I stick a game in or take one out, and it's only for a split second. Also the News and Weather "channels" don't exactly work yet, but I didn't need them to tell me how cold it was outside last night. I stood in it for 10 hours :[.
So yeah...pretty much have a Wii by Christmas, Nintendo is supposed to have 4 million shipped by then.
