OK, I got me a Wii today. What games are good for it, GeN? Have not bought any yet, but having a blast with Wii Sports!

Just don't buy RedSteel... trust me! I love Wii Sports too, hahaha!

Be careful when playing, you may wanna order the new straps for the controller, they are thicker and free from Nintendo.

Right now, I have Legend of Zelda, Metal Slug Anthologies, and Wario Ware. Wario Ware is awesome because it makes use of just about everything the Wii remote can do. But...it requires a lot of movement, so it's kinda tiring. I'm sure I don't have to tell you about Zelda, that speaks for itself; and Metal Slug Anthology is awesome. If you like Metal Slug games this is a great addition. It's every Metal Slug to come out on the arcade, including Metal Slug 6 which was never before released in America. SSX Blur and the new Sonic game are coming out soon, March I think, and there are supposed to be a couple more titles coming out in February. But like you said, you'll love Wii sports for a long time to come. Wii Play (Wii sports 2) comes out in Feb come to think of it, $50 with an extra controller. Not even a slave master could beat that.

go with Zelda and exciteatruck, excitatruck was a lot of fun in the offroad hydro thunder kind of way. Zelda I am just amazed with right now, to me it is by far the best Zelda yet.

You know what I say to those people that hooked their Wii up to a flat screen? Serves them right! Why the hell are you hooking up the Wii to an HDTV? The Wii doesn't support HD so hooking it up to your flat screen to "show it off" is *** backwards.

Those stupid asses deserve to have their TVs smashed then since the Wii shouldn't even be hooked up to that kind of TV to begin with.

maybe its the only TV they have...like me,,if I had a Wii, I'd have to hook it up to my flat screen..which is an LCD,,,which would be very very bad if I threw something at it like that...yeah, i'm never getting a Wii.

I currently have mine hooked into my 57 inch Hitachi but I must say, it made the graphics worse because of not supporting high def visuals, it just blew the picture up to fit the screen and made the pixels as big as an egg lol, even with component cables. So its going back on the plain TV screen in the bedroom.
