An angry four-year-old shot his babysitter after he accidentally stepped on the child's foot, US police have said.
Nathan Beavers, 18, and some other teenagers were babysitting youngsters in a mobile home in Jackson, Ohio, when the incident occurred.
The stroppy child is said to have gone to a bedroom and retrieved the gun before shooting Mr Beavers.
The teenager was taken to hospital and treated for minor pellet wounds to his arm and side. Another teenager was also injured in the shooting incident.
Jackson County Sheriff John Shashteen said authorities are investigating. The child has not been charged.
