Pot Smoking Makes Teen Lose GH III?

Okay this is just strange A dad worked his butt of to get his son a bundle of Guitar Hero III for the Wii for Christmas. Wen he came home he found his son outside their home in Canada with two other freinds smoking some pot. The teenage did not know he was going to get the Guitar Hero III bundle so the dad placed it on ebay with the whole story. He then told his son about it and this was a punishment. The action got attention and the winning bid was over 9,000 dollars

WTF you can read the story and the amount by clicking here. I don't know if the person has paid up or not but man nine grand for a game? What real leasson is the teenager going to learn? You reall need to read the comments added the father was going to pull the auction after the teenager worked out something but read on to see what happened. All I can say is Wow I know he is a teenage but isn't weed legal in Canada in small amounts? I know it is in Vancouver and other areas.

Lmfao, $9,001 for Guitar Hero 3 for Wii. I should make up a story like that, and then sell Guitar Hero 2 for Xbox 360 and see how much I get for that, lmao.

nah, weed isnt legal in canada... its just not that big a deal... if a cop feels like being a **** he could bust you on a joint if he wanted.. but it would just be some little fine and a slap on the wrist

That's such a stupid punishment. I have a friend that was busted in NY and didn't get in any trouble (he had to go to court though). No one really cared. Most of the time the cops just take away what you have on you and let you go. My roommate last year was busted in NJ and it was like the crime of the century in his town. I don't know what happened, but I know he was hoping for a year of probation and not to lose his drivers license till he's 21. Standards are different everywhere for no reason. Should just be legal!

Alcohol and Tobacco are the largest gateway drugs by far.
