Just out of curiosity, which would you prefer?

The Star Wars Trilogy Box Set (Episodes 4,5 & 6) or The Lord Of The Rings trilogy?

I'd go with Lord of the Rings...since those older Star Wars movies bore the hell out of me.

I'd go with Star Wars. I never got into the Lord of the Rings, and even though I'm not crazy about Star Wars, I think I'd enjoy it more than LOTR.

Got to go with Star Wars on that one......though I'm not a big fan of either I did "endure" all 3 Lord of the rings. BTW, the 1st Star Wars was great.

I'll go with Star Wars, since I

A) Already own it (I got it on the North American release day, I am das Ubergeek)

B) Have the first two films (extended ed.s, with the cool book-end ish things) and am awiting the Dec 15th release of RoTK in that format (mmm, 50 minutes of new scenes).
