Anyone listen to Metal?

I just had an epic metal filled weekend. Went to Mayhem Fest on friday which was awesome. Then on Saturday I saw Devildriver in the Trash and Burn tour. I was pouring sweat in the pit, got crushed by a dumbass who jumped on the crowd, my friend got nasty cuts when he was thrown to the pavement. All in all, a great weekend. My ears are still ringing...

I like listening to classic heavy metal. I really like bands such as Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Primal Fear and Iced Earth. I don't really care for a lot of these metal subgenres though, like death metal for example.

Love the guy though. Very patriotic ending!

I grew up on 80's metal and classic rock, like zepplin, survivor ( the lead singer is the same guy who sings the Bud wiser songs in the adds you hear on the radio, " heres to you mister ____ maker" )
Night ranger, boston, Iron maiden, Ozzy, DIO etc.
I am absolutley not a big fan the hippity hop culture that has sprung up and I am waitng for its demise.

Speaking of Metal and Rough posted a great video that reminded me to ask this. How many are getting the game BrutalLegend? Also have you seen the size and awesome soundtrack for the game? I know Jack Black is not everyone's favorite actor but I think he is perfect for Eddie and everything I have seen on the game so far looks great.

I'm pretty excited about this game, and I used to not like Jack black waaaay back in the day, but I have become a fan over the years, I love the Pick of Destiny.
