Anyone else seen this yet? I really enjoyed it, even more so cause I got to see it for free

I was worried about it when they first announced it, but it is really good.

I heard it was good but haven't had a chance to see it yet... I haven't been to the movies in ages, not sure this would be 'the one' to make me go back, but, looking forward to seeing it eventually none the less.

I wasn't planning on seeing it in theaters either, but HP had a free event for retail workers so I couldn't resist. I will say I am glad I saw it in theaters, it is a big movie with a lot of action. For the sound alone it might be worth it.

Star trek should be the movie that gets you back in the theater jason, it lived up to the hype big time, If you can see it on IMAX then do it.

on a side note:
WatchMen is set to be released on dvd/blu ray in late July.

Yeah I was actually going to see Watchmen... thanks for the heads up on Star Trek to both of you, I might head on over and see it over the weekend (if Chris is off).

Saw Star Trek sunday, it was worth the price! Awesome movie!

I Just saw it on the IMAX screen here in Austin, Gronar if you like this movie enough to see it twice, go see it on IMAX but you nned to do it before the 21rst and get your tickets online like now, The IMAX showing has sold out everyday since it started showing people were telling me.
jason you HAVE to see this on IMAX...DUDE, there just are no words to describe it. They Told us that they plan on showing Transformers 2 and Harry potter in 3d on IMAX screens also. apparently just like BatMan Dark Night, there were scenes shot with IMAX cameras for TransFormers 2 also.
