Hi All

I'm new here, and I'm going to jump straight in with a plea for help, if you don't mind.

Alright, I've just found the Heart Seeker in Vorador's Mansion - but I am absolutely stuck as to where to go now, I don't know if I'm missing something very obvious, or have hit a glitch:

I can phase through the grilled window on the first floor, but that's about all, after that all gates are locked and there are no spirit gases floating conveniently around.

Please help!

By the way, I'm sorry if you don't classify Defiance as a shoot 'em up, but it seemed the most appropriate to me.
