From they way they described it, I think the "Prince" will be Raphael. Unless they totally rape it and add a new evil Prince that has nothing to do with the series.

i dont believe most flim-maker make rip off from game , i dont like that but lucky, no one make make Halo because i am kind of halo fan!!

"Meh" is all that comes to my mind when I imagine a Soul Calibur movie. Isn't it supposed to star Sammo Hung or something? I remember hearing about that not long after the first Soul Calibur was released on Dreamcast, but I think it was just a rumor.
