I am having some lag issues now for the past few months with my xbox live connection. I live in Phx AZ and use cox communications top internet connection (cable) and connect with a friend using DSL in Missouri. I run a network (router is a linksys WRT 310N and modem is a linksys CM100) that I just purchased two months ago. I have one wireless laptop and a wired desktop as well as my xbox 360 on the network and both computers are on a majority of the time. I have also set my xbox as a static IP and listed that port on the router as a priority. Any other help or suggestions would be apprecaited. Oh the two games we play are too human and sacred 2 and most of our issues are with sacred 2. I have even opened the ports to have sacred 2 run better.

ok here is mine in comparison




As you can see, this is with road runner turbo which is $39.99 a month, your connection is functional b ut way to low for online gaming with out any problems.

I would suggest either upgrading or turn off every single thing that is using your connection whille playing and even then you are still going to get lag.

Ok, I almost forgot. Which part is the "too slow" part. The upload or download speed? I would think the download but I want to make sure I get all this right as I have a tech coming out in the morning and want to be ready
