Suspended account

I have just had an email saying my account has been suspended,

My gamer tag is AC_NIKITA
all thats on my profile is Lesbiavinfun, and TwIsTeD lItTlE bLaStEr
i never talk to anyone online as i just play

i rang customer support who told me nothing they can do,

i see absolutly no reason for my account to be disabled but they can't tell me anything,

is there anything i can do please

I'm just going off a hunch here, but I bet you were warned to change your uh..tag there and you didn't so you were therefore suspended and until you change that name I doubt you will be able to get your account back. just by having those things in your profile, violates Xbox live policy. So you got the ban hammer.
