Well, I did it. Just after 10.15 a.m. today.

Jesus, what a load of guff to have to listen to before I got through though.

Oh well, never mind. I got the job done. The guy confirmed I could come back anytime. He did ask why I was leaving and I explained wasn't getting the use out of it anymore, especially as I only have the original Xbox and couldn't justify keeping the account funded. I didn't mention the PS3 though - didn't see the point in rubbing him the wrong way.
