OK, 101101000 converted from binary to decimal is 360. I haven't tried converting the changing number yet.

EDIT: ok a bunch of people posted before i finished this so u probably dont have to read this and its probably already been proven wrong

hmm i converted the changing number 3 times in a somewhat short period of time and got:
1348841
1348827
1348814

and about a minute late i got: 1348736
so im guessing the the last digits are seconds on the countdown and the next over are minutes, but that would mean maybe 134hours-87minutes?-36seconds. but 87 minutes would change to 1 hour and 27 minutes so im probably wrong.

also, some of the colored dots seem to change periodically after i enter things into the entry bar, but not always.
I converted all the binary codes in the 2 columns on the sides as well:

I tried all the release dates, ie 112205/221105 etc, in binary , but no dice

Here's my crazy theory it's not a countdown in seconds or minutes till release of the 360. It looks like it's 3 seconds per countdown. I converted the countdown number from binary to decimal and came up with 644,400 something like that.

There are 22 days and 9 hours left till midnight on the 21st. So 22*24+9*60*20 works out to close to the number I got. 22 days + 9 hours mult by 60 minutes per hour, mult by 20 for 1/3 of the number of seconds in a minute (3 seconds countdown).
