He told them a story of a mission he once flew:

"Ve vere flying over ze Channel venn zhese two fokkers showed up and ambushed us."

The class giggles a bit, but calms down as the man continues:

"Ve shot down ze two fokkers and zhen four more fokkers showed up."

There is outright laughter now, causing the teacher to interrupt:

"Yes, class, there was a plane called the Fokker it was rather dangerous."
