Weapons (tier 1):
Press R1, R2, L1, R2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. The least powerful weapons in each category and rocket launcher will be unlocked. Note: Enabling this code will cause your street creds to drop in points. You can check your creds in the stats menu at the pause screen. If you are in the negative, you are a Playa-Hater.
Note: To get unlimited ammunition for this or the other weapons tiers, repeatedly enable the code until no ammunition number appears beneath the gun pictures.

Armor, health, and money:
Press R1, R2, L1, X, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. Note: You must enable this code multiple times to increase your total money.
Note: If this code is enabled when your car is smoking or damaged it will get repaired.
During various missions where you are in a car while someone else drives and you shoot (for example, Reuniting The Families), enabling this code will instead blow the car up, failing the mission.
Raise wanted level:

Six star wanted level:

Adrenaline effects:
Press X(2), Square, R1, L1, X, Down, Left, X during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. CJ will be effected in a similar manner to if he took an adrenaline pill from the prior Grand Theft Auto games, with increased strength and slower time.
Perfect handling:
Press Triangle, R1(2), Left, R1, L1, R2, L1 during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. After this code is enabled press L3 to make your car jump. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Aggressive traffic:
Press R2, Circle, R1, L2, Left, R1, L1, R2, L2 during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. Note: This will also increase police activity. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Faster cars:
Press Right, R1, Up, L2(2), Left, R1, L1, R1(2) during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Invisible cars:
Press Triangle, L1, Triangle, R2, Square, L1(2). Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Flying cars:
Press Square, Down, L2, Up, L1, Circle, Up, X, Left during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. Cars can be flown like a normal plane.
Cars fly away:
Press Square, R2, Down(2), Left, Down, Left(2), L2, X during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. Hit another car with your vehicle to send it flying up into the sky.
Drive on water:
Press Right, R2, Circle, R1, L2, Square, R1, R2 during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Vehicle of death:
Press L1, L2(2), Up, Down(2), Up, R1, R2(2) during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. Any vehicle driven becomes invincible and has the ability to destroy anything it touches. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Note: This code will eventually wear off if you run into many cars with the same vehicle. It runs out faster when the "Destroy all vehicles" code is enabled over thirty times. Also, if you enable this code when inside a vehicle, the vehicle will explode others on contact, but your car will not be "shielded" as it would be if you entered the code before entering the vehicle. Therefore, this results in your vehicle exploding as well. If you do happen to enable this code inside a vehicle, get out, then get back in and it should function normally.
To have a stronger car that is much harder to dent and damage, enable the "Vehicle of death" code, enter a vehicle, then disable the code while you are in the vehicle.
Black traffic:
Press Circle, L2, Up, R1, Left, X, R1, L1, Left, Circle during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Pink traffic:
Press Circle, L1, Down, L2, Left, X, R1, L1, Right, Circle during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Sports car traffic:

Rural vehicle traffic:

All traffic lights remain green:

Beach party theme:

Cheat code warning:
You should not use cheat codes too frequently until you complete the mission where you save Madd Dogg from jumping off the casino rooftop. The game will prevent you from completing this mission if codes have been used excessively. Note: This number appears to be cheats used 756 or more times. When this number has been exceeded, Madd Dogg will jump off the roof in a few seconds, making it impossible to save him. |
