There are two guys in Oakvale's cemetary that you're supposed to overhear their conversation and they say where it is.

speak to the men in lady greys area.one will tell you to go to oakvale cemetery where you have to sneak up on the two men to listen to them talking telling you where to find the necklace.best place to listen is from other side of wall where they are standing.

yeah I found out I was suppose to eavesdrop on those ol farts AFTER I killed them.

good thing I looked in the strategy guide to find that necklace

Yeah, my friend did the same thing and then he was wondering why he couldn't find it

I'm like, "Dude, that's what happens when all you do is run around and kill people and not pay attention to the game." He's such an idiot. He was so hell bent on getting his character to max out on evilness that all he did was run around and kill people.

lol I just remembered I didn't kill them, I walked around the fence and they just shut up and left. Then I found out I was suppose to eavesdrop on them. but like I said the strategy guide came to my rescue on that one.
