I also think the Khajit Tradehouse in Balmora sells fake Daedric items, which may be close. He talks about them but I never really paid attention.
In Daedric ruins (not outside around one), the lords and stuff you kill will leave random items: either Daedric, Dwemar or Ebony. I think you should be at least level 10 or so before fighting them, just be sure you're saving often. Good luck.
PS I do not think you can find any in a store, maybe in Telvanni territory but like I said, I am not sure but doubtful. | |

So dont kill them yet, But there are alot of deadric items and armor all around the plantation and on the people there. (I have completed all the theives, telvanni, mages, and temple quest and only those 2 people "sorry cant remember their names at the moment" were needed for one quest.) I think Dren himself is needed for the last quest of house haluu (dont remember how to spell it :/) There is a bug in the orginal morrowind (Not GoTy) to where if you kill him and then go talk to the duke of ebonheart, he will state that you killed his brother and you are now the leader of house haluu, you now can do all their quest as well, (unless you joined that house in the first place.)

What you do is work your enchant skill past 60, gana have to find a trainer/master trainer (look online for a list of master trainers) and then work your alchemy up to about 60. There is a full set of alchemy equipment in caldera mages guild, Take a mages transport to the caldera mages guild, go down the stairs, and on your right will be a wooden door with a guy standing in front of it. Open the door and close it behind you. Now go up the spiral stairs and there is a full masters set of equipment for free w/o worries of being caught taking them. Now get these ingredients (they will allow you to make "fortify intelligence" potions) : Ash Yams, Bloat, and Netch Leather. Now you gatta go around finding the merchants who sell these ingredients, once you got about 200 of each ingredient "ash yams (200), bloat (200), netch leather (200)" you can start making your potions. Ok, now what you do is make 10 potions, then drink them. make 10 potions, drink them, make 10, drink, untill you have used 75% of your ingredients, this will raise your intelligence ALOT making for your potions to become stronger and last longer. Now for the other 25% of your ingredients finish making potions BUT DONT DRINK the rest. Now go out and find a "Grand Soul Gem" Now you will need to go out and find a "GOLDEN SAINT" they are near deadric ruins, ("Unless you have a high conjuration skill lvl and can summon golden saints yourself") Now before you kill the golden saint make sure you have a "Trap/Bound Soul" spell, now cast the spell on the golden saint and if you the spell was casted you will see a smokie circle around the waist of the saint, now kill the saint and it will be trapped into your grand soul gem. Now get back to town, find anything thats "Exquisite" Ring/Robe ect ect.. Now You should have: A couple strong Fortify Intelligence potions, a grand soul gem (with a golden saint trapped in it), and a Exquisite ring / item. Now click on the soul gem and Press "B" to create a item, select the grand soul gem, and the exquisite item. Now Depending on what spells you have "If you want weightless deadric items you have to have "Bound Spells" Bound Sword, Bound Shield, Ect Ect.. Now select "Constant Effect" below the gem selection area. Now whatever spell you choose to put into whatever item (exquisite has the highest rating and ONLY golden saints give you CONSTANT effects in items) Now you can put up to 3 Bound spells into your ring/ammulet (robe has less enchant power) rings and ammys are best to use. So now you got 3 bound spells on constant effect. Press the button that says to create item and if you had a high enough enchant skill and intelligence, the item will be successfully made, and now you have 3 constant weightless Bound "deadric" items that will stay on you as long as you have the exquisite item equiped. You can also name the item before you make it. You can repeat the process from above to make a total of 2 Exquisite rings, 1 Amulet, 1 robe, 1 skirt, 1 shirt, 1 pants. These items stay under/over your armor so they are free constant PLUS to skills. Shoes and gloves will replace your gauntlets/boots so dont use those. You can enchant any item in the game including your armor with constant effects too. just do the above steps. Although the items i listed above are best to enchant for constant effects. The deadric shield and the ebony shields are good to enchant as well. Hope this helped and made some sense for those who actually read it all.

Or you could just if you are high enough lvl like 15 or so. and just summon a dremora for weapons and for daedric shield you summon a golden saint which i s kind of hard if you don't have a bunch of magicka.
