It's pretty cool although I'm having trouble with the combat. I'm on that quest to kill the bugbear and I'm not having much fun trying to kill it. First of all it pops out of the walls so unexpectedly that you don't have time to block. Then, when you finally face it in its lair it's worse since I've only been able to get one hit in at a time before he puts this enchantment over you that paralyzes you for a few seconds while it runs away. I don't know.
My initial opinion so far isn't too fond of what I'm going through. But I do like the MP moments of the game (like the first song you hear in the tavern). Those are pretty cool. But I'm not diggin' the combat aspect of the game and can understand what IGN was saying in their review. |
