my character isnt a theif (literally... i dont think he could steal anything if his life depended on it) but he can fight like no other, so naturally i killed both Duke Dren and the guy in the Vaults (saved before killing them) and i got the construction contract off of Duke Dren's body, and the land deed off of the guy in the vaults body, and i took both of those back to Balmora and STILL he wouldnt begin construction! someone please help me!
