Well, i talked to the person in the Hiallu Council (however it is spelled) and he said i had to get a Land Deed from some guy in the Hiallu Vaults in Vivec. So i went to Vivec and the Hiallu Vaults and the guy wouldnt sell it to me, so i bribed him until the "friendship" meter was a 100/100 and he still wouldnt sell it to me. So i thougt that maybe i had to get the construction contract from Duke Dren first, so i went over to Ebonhart and talked to Duke Dren and there was nothing in the conversation box about a construction title. So i went back to the guy in the Hiallu Council in Balmora and talked to him again trying to find some information but all he tells me is that i have to get a land deed from the guy in the Vaults. So for anyone who has already had their stronghold built please tell me what i have to do in order to build it. Thank you very much! -Ryan Snider-
