Yes it does, after he attacks you the sneak attack should be reported by a guard (It doesn't matter which guard, and it doesn't matter in which city) and you'll get a journal update telling you to look for a guy at Ebonheart, he's located near the bridge that takes to to the entrance of the Ebonhreat castle wearing armor different from regular guards, he'll tell you to look for a mage in a red dress who's located inside the Ebonheart castle who is located close to the entrance. That mage will teleport you to Mounrhold. |
