Actually I didn't take the screenshot myself so I'm not sure whether it's PC or XBOX but I know they use the same maps.
Anyhow, to take xbox screenshots: You need a video capture card or device hooked up to or in your PC, then just output the video, usually with a splitter so you can see the action on the tv as well, to the device.
